The EquiLOX™ workflow begins with selecting the appropriate implant dimensions for the surgical plan. The expandable lumbar cage is then inserted at its starting height before being expanded within its designated height range.

Following expansion, compatible flowable bone graft material can be delivered through a small cannula to backfill the implant. This sequential approach connects the primary procedural steps within one coordinated workflow:

  1. Size the implant based on the surgical plan.
  2. Insert the expandable lumbar cage at its minimal profile.
  3. Expand the implant within its designated height range.
  4. Backfill the implant with compatible graft material.

This workflow is intended to provide a practical transition from implant placement through graft delivery without sacrificing the large through-cage fusion area.
